  • 1 lb raw jumbo shrimp, deveined
  • 14 cup Smart Balance butter spread
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 small sprigs pineapple sage, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce (I use Bragg's Aminoes instead)
  • 1 small dashes onion salt

  • Thaw and peel jumbo shrimp. Rinse and drain.
  • Melt 1/4 Smart Balance in a large wok. Mince two large cloves of garlic into hot oil. Add finely chopped rosemary and pineapple sage.
  • Add a squirt or two of Worchestershire sauce or Bragg's.
  • Cook about 2 minutes until garlic is golden.
  • Add shrimp and cook, turning often, for about 6 minutes until opaque. Lightly sprinkle with onion salt.
  • YUMMY!
