ingredients
- 50 -60 frozen cooked shrimp, (1 shrimp ring)
- 3⁄4 cup imitation crabmeat

- 1 -2 tablespoon butter
- 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 10 -12 ounces spaghetti

directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add garlic, lemon juice, crab meat, and shrimp (with tails removed). Saute on med-low heat.
- Prepare alfredo sauce according to package directions (we use a powdered mix that needs to be boiled, then simmered in order for it to thicken, but you can use a jar of prepared sauce and just heat it through).
- When shrimp mixture is done (heated through, and garlic is soft), add sauce to shrimp and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain pasta, add sauce, and mix to coat pasta. Serve immediately.

I'm a stay-at-home mom of one son and a baby girl on the way. My husband used to do most of the cooking while I kept the baby out of the way, but he's started working later so I'm doing more suppers now...So been looking for recipes!
