Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add shrimp, garlic, oregano& basil.
  3. Cook 3 minutes until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently with wooden spoon.
  4. Add tomatoes and lemon juice.
  5. Cook and stir about 30 seconds or until heated through.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
  7. Serve over rice or angel hair.
