  • Prepare linguine according to package directions; drain.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium neat.
  • Add bell pepper and garlic; cook 6 minutes or just until tender.
  • Add shrimp, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper; cook 10 minutes or until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
  • Add shrimp mixture to cooked linguine in large bowl and toss well.
  • Serve immediately.

  1. I really enjoyed this recipe. next time around I will either add more shrimp or use less linguine. too much linguine for two.
     
  2. This recipe was good if you like alot of lemon. I will make again but add more garlic and less lemon. We added parm. cheese for a little more.

  4. Zoyie, This is really a good shrimp recipe, Hubby and I really enjoyed it and will have again and again. I did cut down on the pasta, used only 8 oz's
     
  5. I was looking for a "new" garlic shrimp recipe, and found this. We had it tonight for dinner with a nice tossed salad and fresh baked (in the machine)French bread with garlic butter. The shrimp dish was delicious. Only change was using red, yellow and orange peppers. Thanks for posting a goooood recipe. We sure will be making it again
