Directions

  1. Mince mushrooms and scallions. Sauté mushrooms in pan until they are cooked and the juice has run out of them.
  2. Combine drained mushrooms with all other ingredients, mix well, and add bread crumbs until you reach desired "meatballing" consistancy.
  3. Fry meatballs on nonstick pan until golden brown. Serve any way you like.
