Simi's Gotta Have It White Chocolate and Banana Pie

"My daughter was introduced to this pie last Christmas while visiting my father and it was love at first bite. Thankfully it is a very easy pie to make as we make it often since she has just gotta have it. Whether served for a family dinner or a dinner party this pie is sure to please everyone at the table and has even caused some trickery to get the last piece. A mixture of strawberries or blueberries with the bananas is also very good."
