  1. I made this last night for dinner. The only differences were that I didn't have onion powder, so I added a little sliced onion and I used milk in place of the water. I made this for 1 serving and it came out delish! Thank you for an easy-to-prepare meal. I served with mashed potatoes and corn.

  2. Good but I put the cream and water in the pan with the pork chops / I didn't mix it up in a pan

  3. Tasty meal. I tweaked it a lot based on the recommendations of others. I marinated my meat overnight in seasonings. I sauteed 1 clove of garlic before browning the chops. I used 1/2 cup of dry white wine Pinot Grigorio and 1/2 cup of milk instead of water. Added 1 tbl of sour cream towards the end. Cooked on the stove in my cast iron skillet. Used fresh mushrooms and onions. Next time I might used cream of chicken & mushroom can instead. Tasted even better the next day. Awesome gravy

  4. I made this recipe and really liked it, but I also added 1 sliced green pepper and 1 sliced white onion. The gravy alone is delish!

  5. I wish I could give 3 1/2....This was good because it was quick and easy. It was a very tender chop but I felt it was lacking.I seasoned my chops with s and p and Garlic Pwdr. I made extra "gravy" and served over rice. Thanks for the quick weekday recipe.

  2. This was simple and excellent! I used milk instead of water with the soup, and pureed it in the blender before pouring it over the pork chops. I can't stand mushrooms, so I didn't want to have to see them in the gravy. My family loved it, including me, the mushroom hater! Thanks Lady Di Shea! I'll be making this often.
