Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons Crisco (or butter)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup banana (mashed, add 1/2 cup more if you like)
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 12 cup nuts (whichever kind you like)
  • 1 34 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a medium sized loaf pan for single recipe. Pour batter in pan and bang on counter a few times to release any air. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
