  1. Chop veggies. Cube meat if not already done.
  2. Heat oil and butter.
  3. Coat meat in flour and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brown meat in oil/butter.
  5. Add onions and garlic and keep cooking until translucent and meat is well browned on all sides.
  6. Add vinegar and stir it around.
  7. Add stock, bay leaf and veggies.
  8. Bring to boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 1 hour.
