- 2⁄3 cup lukewarm water
- 1⁄4 cup lukewarm milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 1⁄2 cups king arthur unbleached all-purpose flour
- 5 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
directions
- Put all of the ingredients into your machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Program the machine for basic white bread, and press Start.
