directions

  • add water yeast and sugar to mixer.
  • let sit for a few minutes.
  • add oil and salt.
  • slowly add flour.
  • mix with dough hook until dough balls up.
  • divide into 10 equal parts.
  • roll out each part on floured surface until they are about 10 inches long.
  • place on sprayed cookie sheet.
  • spray,cover, and let rise until doubled in size (45 minutes).
  • preheat oven to 350.
  • cook for 15 minutes or until browned on top.
  • run stick of butter over top of breadsticks and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
