  1. Wonderful bruschetta recipe!!! I used Italian bread instead of whole wheat baguette and this turned out delicious. Will make this again.

  2. Wonderful! A fantastic quick snack. Loved the fresh tomatoes and atop the warm parmesan and basil bread. Made as written. Thanks so much for the soooo yummy post.

  3. Perfection on a plate! Seriously, good. Followed this exactly, and used the basil in a jar. I did have some fresh I also put on too! So nice and crispy, and this was scarfed up faster then button popping off a pair of pants. Delicious! The best! Made for *Everyday is a Holiday* May 2010

  4. This was really good! The only change I made was to toss the tomatoes with a little balsamic vinegarette and minced garlic prior to topping the bread. I also used Gourmet Garden basil! We also made this on the grill! We will definitely be having this again, and for two people who don't really like tomatoes, that is saying a lot about how delicious this recipe really is! Oh and I used French Tart's Recipe #340621 for the bread which was delicious! Thanks for posting Lori! [Made for Holiday Tag March 2010]
