These have a great flavour for biscuits made from a mix. I did make them on a cookie sheet and they spread quite flat, actually very flat. Perhaps the sour cream could be reduced a little. They quickly browned on the bottom but the top didn't ever really get to be a golden brown. They still tasted good and we enjoyed them fresh out of the oven. I will try these again. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

This were very good. They are very close to the Red Lobster biscuits. I think next time I will drop them on a cookie sheet instead of using the muffin pan. I cooked these for 18 minutes thinking they would be completely done but they were still a bit spongy inside. Dropping them would help with the cooking time. Overall a very tasty roll. Thanks Eat it up!!! for posting. Made for PAC spring 08' :)

I am 36 years old and the mother of four wonderful children. Two girls and two boys. ?Being a stay-at-home mom affords me ample time to indulge my passion for cooking and baking! (Thanks again to my wonderful husband!) My oldest daughter loves to help in the kitchen and wants to eat what she cooks, so that's helping broaden her eating horizons! My youngest daughter is still pretty picky, but we're dealing! Thank goodness my husband is gracious enough to eat whatever I cook. (I guess he knows that if he complains, he'll be asked to do the cooking himself!!)
