Simple Cheesey Potatoe Soup (Crockpot)

- 8 -10 russet potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 2 3⁄4 ounces cheese sauce mix
- 2 1⁄2 ounces cooked bacon, pecies
- 3 cups water or 3 cups enough to just cover potatoes
- 6 ounces Velveeta cheese (one fourth the block )
directions
- I wash my potatoes in the dishwasher on rinse cycle with no soap of course! cut them chop them wash them
- Spray corckpot with pam spray and add potatoes
- Cook for 6 houres
- Cut up the onion and add to potatoes, check water if needed add 1 cup
- Cook for another hour unless potatoes are cooked all the way.
- add cheese sauce mix and bacon peices and velvetta
- cook until cheese is melted and serve.

<p>I love to cook, I cook for my wife and dauighter almost every night. I make things like noodles bread ect instead of going out and buying it. It is a hugh money saver, dont get me wrong we eat store bought bread with sandwhiches. I find alot of ways to use leftovers that we have to make it strech, like leftover chili that is only enough for one serving, I can make chili mac out of that.</p>
