Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, soup and veggies.
  2. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Combine butter, milk and flour (see note one).
  4. Pour flour mixture over pot pie mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until crust is golden brown and pie is bubbly.
  6. NOTE ONE: If you do not have self rising flour, mix all purpose flour with salt and baking powder.
