Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups chicken bone broth (chicken broth can be subsituted, but love my bone broth.)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, diced (carrots, broccoli, celery peppers . . . )
  • 34 cup chicken (shredded)
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Prep your vegetables.
  2. Add Chicken Bone Broth to a medium size sauce pan.
  3. Add vegetables, bring to a boil .
  4. Add Chicken, lower heat to a simmer.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Optional Extras: Hot Sauce, Southwestern Seasonings, Mediterranean Seasonings, Tamari or Coconut Aminos Sauce. How about a few fresh herbs? Parsley, Sage, Rosemary & Thyme and of course Basil and Parsley.
  7. 21 Day Fix Breakdown: 1 green and 1 red. The bone broth is a FREE food.
