Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 lbs beef short ribs
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 1 ounce onion soup mix
  • 1 onion, cut in half
  • 1 cup beef stock

Directions

  1. Fit the ribs in as as best as you can in one layer. I have the oval shaped crockpot which works best for this.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook for 8 hours on low.
  4. How simple is that!
