  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar to 1 cup of skim milk, set aside.
  3. Place dry ingredients into food processor in order and grind until fine powder, then pour into medium mixing bowl.
  4. Add Eggs to Skim Milk, stir briskly, then add finely diced Jalapeno Peppers.
  5. Pour Skim Milk mixture to dry ingredients, mix with fork until evenly mixed, don't worry about small clumps.
  6. Put 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture into greased muffin tray about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake until golden brown about 12 - 14 minutes for muffins or 20 minutes for baking pan.
