MAPLE GINGER GLAZE
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger

HONEY-ORANGE GLAZE
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup brown sugar

PINEAPPLE-APRICOT GLAZE
- 1⁄2 cup apricot jam
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar

RED CURRANT GLAZE
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 -3 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 cup red currant jelly

- MAPLE-GINGER GLAZE:.
- Combine maple syrup, flour, Dijon, lemon and ground ginger. Spoon glaze over ham during the last 15 -30 minutes of cooking.
- HONEY-ORANGE GLAZE:.
- Mix honey,and orange juice with brown sugar. Spoon glaze over ham during the last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
- PINEAPPLE-APRICOT GLAZE:.
- Combine apricot jam and pineapple juice with brown sugar. Spoon glaze over ham in the last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
- RED CURRANT GLAZE:.
- Stir dry mustard and horseradish into red currant jelly. Spoon jelly mixture over ham in the last 15-30 minutes of cooking .

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
