Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (6 ounce) cansreal crabmeat (substitute fresh crab if available)
  • 12 ounces sliced American cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced onions

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into top of double boiler pan and heat until cheese is melted.
  2. Place dip in chafing dish over sterno flame to keep warm. Serve with mini cocktail rye (best) or crackers.
