Ingredients Nutrition

  • Vanilla Ice cream
  • 600 g full fat cream (600 ml)
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cookies and cream variation
  • 150 g oreo biscuits
  • Honeycomb variation
  • 160 g chocolate candy bars (honeycomb crushed or broken in to small pieces)
  • Strawberry variation
  • 250 g fresh strawberries

Directions

  1. Vanilla Ice Cream:
  2. Insert butterfly.
  3. Add cream and vanilla to bowl and mix on SPEED 2 as you pour the condensed milk into the mix through the lid.
  4. Once all in increase to SPEED 3 for 2-3 minutes until mixture is thick and creamy. (I did this in two steps - 1 min 15 secs, followed by an additional 1 min - so 2min 15 sec total and it was perfect).
  5. Pour into suitable container and freeze until set.
  6. VARIATIONS:
  7. Fold through chosen variant SPEED 2 REVERSE counter-clockwise operation 5 secs.
  8. The variation ingredient may not be completely through the mix, but as you pour it into the freezing container it will mix a bit more. Adjust this time to your preference.
