Simple Sandwiches

ingredients
- 1 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 3 slices serrano ham
- 3 slices parma ham
- 50 g rocket
- 1 mozzarella cheese, ball sliced
- 2 half baked buns
- marinated olives (optional) or garlic (optional)
directions
- bake the buns according to package instruction. cut open and leave to sit for a few minutes so the inside can cool down.
- assemble the sandwiches: pile rocket leaves on one half of the bun, then the tomato slices, 3 slices of ham. top with the other half of the bun.
