Simple Sauce for Fish

"This is a quick and easy sauce for fish, the ingredients are basic but it makes a lovely sauce for all fish fillets. From the Masonic Centennial Recipe Book, my favorite cookbook."

  • Soften butter.
  • Finely chop the cloves of garlic.
  • Chop the parsley.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the fish or serve separately.

I live in Christchurch N.Z. I am married to Barry and we have two teenage sons one at high school and the other at Uni. I work with people who have a intelluctual disability and have done so for over 20 years. I love to quilt, cook,and read and watch sport, try to walk for a hour every morning. Favourite cookbook I have so many but my favourites are The New Laurels Kitchen and the Masonic Centennial Recipebook. I particularly like cook books by community groups the older the better.
