  1. Very easy marinade that I doubled to marinate 8 boneless pork chops. Placed the chops in a ziplock bag and added the soy sauce and ginger ale and let marinate for about 2 1/2 hours. DH grilled them and we enjoyed very moist pork chops that had a mild soy sauce and ginger flavor. Maybe a bit of grated ginger would make the flavors pop. Will make these again and maybe try the thin cut pork chops. Made and reviewed for the Australian Forums Recipe Swap 22.
