- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 8 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
directions
- Combine ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Add the steaks and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 12 hours.

Doing this tonight, the steaks are getting happy happy and it smells so yummy! -
Made this and marinated chicken breasts. I did add some red pepper flakes for a little zing but overall this is a simple and good marinade. (I did let the chicken sit in the marinade longer about half a day.)
