  • 18 mushrooms
  • 1 (4 ounce) package alouette garlic & herb cheese
  • seasoned bread crumbs

directions

  • Clean mushrooms & remove stems. Place hollow side up on baking sheet. Fill each with 1 teaspoon of cheese & sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375@ for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.

  1. Yummy mushrooms! You can't get any easier than this, and so tasty. I also used light Laughing Cow cheese because I always have some of that on hand. DH loves mushrooms and he went crazy for these - thanks for sharing the recipe!
     
  2. So quick and easy and delicious!! I couldn't find the Alouette cheese.....so strange, because it was at my grocery store a couple of weeks ago, and now it is gone. So I used Light Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese. Worked out great! Made for Football Tag 2010 Week 4. Congratulations on your win!
