Simple Tomato Salad

"A favourite, simple quick dish. Best if made right before serving. You can try mixing a high quality Parmesan and provolone cheese. Do not use the shaker Parmesan, it won't have the same effect. If you can't afford the more expensive Parmesan, a white cheddar (not orange) or mozzerella will do the trick."

  • Slice tomatoes.
  • Arrange tomatoes on platter.
  • Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, basil and top with cheese.
  • Serve (yes, it's that easy!).
