Simply Delicious Berry Smoothie

"Since I and a co-worker have been trying to eat healthier we have been trying out smoothies for breakfast. After experimenting with different ingredients and combinations, this one is the easiest and has become our favorite. If it's not sweet enough for you, sweetener or honey could be added, but we like it just as is."

Hi... I am Diane, I live in St. Charles, Missouri (near St. Louis) and I am "The Mighty Assistant" in a probation office.
