“Ready, Set, Cook! Special Edition Contest Entry. This original recipe uses many of the recently-identified "super foods" and is easy to prepare. It can be used for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner with a green salad. Using only 6 bacon slices creates just enough grease to brown the potatoes nicely. The colors are wonderful and it looks very pretty in the pan! Prep time is about 20 minutes with 30-35 minutes bake time.”

Ingredients Nutrition
