  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 12 cup Greek salad dressing (viniagrette)
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 12 cup feta cheese
  • 14 cup kalamata olive

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine Simply Potatoes with Greek vinagrette salad dressing, olive oil and pitted olives, stir to combine.
  3. Pour mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Uncover potatoes and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Serve.
