  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 quart fat-free half-and-half
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, browned

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste and cook over low heat until potatoes are tender. Sauce will thicken as it cooks. When serving, add baked potato type toppings as you choose. You can substitute heavy cream for a richer flavor but you add calories too! This can also be cooked in a crockpot on low all day while at work!
