Directions

  1. Grill or broil the steaks to your liking.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan and cook onion until soft.
  3. Add sherry and boil to reduce slightly.
  4. Add cream and boil for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the Stilton cheese and chives.
  6. Serve steaks with sauce, baby red potatoes and fresh or frozen green beans.
