Single-Serving Tater Tot Hotdish

"Tater tot hotdish in perfect single serving cups. We made this the night before a football game and brought them with us tailgating. We reheated them on the grill and it was amazing!"

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Brown beef in a skillet with chopped onion and cumin.
  • In a large bowl mix beef mixture, drained green beans, cream soup, garlic powder, and most of the cheese (reserve about 2 tablespoons).
  • Arrange 21 aluminum cupcake liners on a baking sheet. Spray each cup with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Evenly divide mixture into each liner.
  • Top with tater tops.
  • Bake for 45 minutes. Remove and sprinkle remaining asiago cheese evenly on each cup.
  • Continue baking for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Or cool completely and reheat later as needed.
