- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (8 ounce) cans green beans (french cut)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1⁄2 cup asiago cheese, shredded and divided
- 1 (28 ounce) bag frozen tater tots
- salt and pepper
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown beef in a skillet with chopped onion and cumin.
- In a large bowl mix beef mixture, drained green beans, cream soup, garlic powder, and most of the cheese (reserve about 2 tablespoons).
- Arrange 21 aluminum cupcake liners on a baking sheet. Spray each cup with non-stick cooking spray.
- Evenly divide mixture into each liner.
- Top with tater tops.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Remove and sprinkle remaining asiago cheese evenly on each cup.
- Continue baking for 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Or cool completely and reheat later as needed.

I am not much of a cook, but I love to eat! I have entered one cooking competition ever in my life. It was for hotdish. And I won! If you don't know what hotdish is...you should spend some time in Minnesota!
