Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté onion 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Add remaining ingredients (except pasta, horseradish, cayenne and ginger); bring to a boil.
  4. Cover, reduce heat and cook 25 minutes.
  5. Add pasta; cover and cook an additional 12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  6. Before serving, add as much horseradish, cayenne and ginger as you can take.
