  1. 1. HEAT oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak; cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove steak to platter, reserving any drippings in skillet.
  2. 2. ADD onion, garlic and pine nuts to skillet; sauté 5 minutes or until onion is tender and nuts are lightly toasted.
  3. 3. ADD undrained tomatoes, capers, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes; simmer, uncovered 5 minutes. Serve over steak.
