  1. Shake the cubed pork and chicken in a bag with the cornstarch.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add pork and chicken. Brown on all sides.
  3. Add onion. Cook over medium heat for 5 minute.
  4. Add the green pepper, tomato, chicken broth, soy sauce, and raisins. Cover. Simmer for 25-35 min.or until the pork is tender.
  5. Spoon the hot, cooked rice onto a platter. Top with the saute. Serve immediately.
