Great recipe for pork chops! I made this last night but when I was in the middle of everything I realized that I was out of soy sauce. Had to substitute Hoisin sauce which added a nice kick to the dish. I squeezed some fresh orange juice and used Dijon mustard instead of the yellow. That also added a nice flavour. Had that with broccoli and garlic smashed potatoes! Yum...great meal! Thanks so much for another keeper. I'll definitely make this one again !

This recipe is quite good, but I only had regular soy sauce, so I tried to water it down by using 2 tablespoons of the regular stuff and a tablespoon of water. Even so, the sauce was a bit more salty than I prefer. I also used Dijon mustard and gave the meat a bit of salt and pepper before browning it, but otherwise, I followed as written. I will definitely make this again with the right kind of soy sauce, but I also thought a tablespoon oflemon juice or rice vinegar would also taste good. Thanks for sharing. And when I do make it again, I will update my review.

This is a wonderful recipe. I am a beginner cook in the kitchen, but the flavors come together that completely suggest otherwise. I was nervous if if it would be flavorful by not marinating over night, but as i said before the flavors come through wonderfully. I was really proud of myself and this recipe is definately a keeper. My sister never tries recipes that have bold flavors and she loved it. Thanks for posting the recipe and to all that made suggestions. One of my own is to add Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to the chops before browning.
