Skinny Bride's Guide to Spinach Artichoke Dip

ingredients
- 2 cups shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 (13 3/4 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- salt & fresh ground pepper
directions
- Mix everything together and season with the salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in crock pot and cook on high for two hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips or carrot/celery sticks.
