Skinny Meatloat With Sweet and Sour Ketchup

"I have never found a meatloaf I like, but it's one of my husbands favorite dishes, so when I found this recipe in Cuisine Light I thought I'd give it a try. And I have to say it was great! Juicy AND LOW CAL!!!"

  • Preheat oven to 350, coat broiler pan with nonstick spray.
  • Combine ground sirloin, ground turkey breast, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, egg whites, milk, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a bowl, using your hands to mix.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, shaping it into a 9x5 inch loaf.
  • Stir together ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar in a bowl, then spoon on top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake meatloat until an instand-read thermometer reaches 160, about 1 hour. Let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Enjoy!
