“I have never found a meatloaf I like, but it's one of my husbands favorite dishes, so when I found this recipe in Cuisine Light I thought I'd give it a try. And I have to say it was great! Juicy AND LOW CAL!!!”

  1. Preheat oven to 350, coat broiler pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine ground sirloin, ground turkey breast, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, egg whites, milk, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a bowl, using your hands to mix.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, shaping it into a 9x5 inch loaf.
  4. Stir together ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar in a bowl, then spoon on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake meatloat until an instand-read thermometer reaches 160, about 1 hour. Let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Enjoy!
