Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens
  • 1 -2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) cansliced black olives
  • 1 cup reduced-fat catalina dressing
  • 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 cups baked Doritos (2 cups once crushed)

Directions

  1. Brown the turkey and prepare with taco seasoning per package directions. Allow to cool.
  2. Chop salad and add tomatoes, olives and any other veggies you like.
  3. Mix in the cheese, cooled meat, and doritoes. Add salad dressing before serving and mix well.
