Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package.
  2. Meanwhile add butter and chicken stock to pan.
  3. Saute tomatoes, capers, garlic, green onions and red pepper flakes till cooked and thickened a bit.
  4. Add this mixture to pasta along with fresh lemon juice, fresh basil, nuts, cooked bacon, toasted coconut and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Enjoy!
