Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (1 1/2 lb) beef flank steak
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning, crushed
  • 2 cups prego tradtional pasta sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add steak and cook about 8 minutes or until browned.
  2. Remove steak. Add onions, garlic and Italian seasoning and cook until tender.
  3. Return steak to pan. Add pasta sauce.
  4. Cook over low heat until desired doneness, about 3 minutes for medium-rare.
  5. Slice steak into thin diagonal slices. Serve with sauce.
