Slimmed-Down Cranberry Sauce

"Found this recipe in 11-2010 edition of Good Housekeeping and looks so good I want to save it. It's states - "Our version of this cranberry side is tangy, thanks to ginger and orange peel-and lower in calories" I'm thinking I might even add some chopped walnuts to give it a nice crunch."

  • In 2-3 quart saucepan combine cranberries, water, Splenda, ginger, sinnamon stick and peel from half an orange.
  • Heat to boiling on high then,
  • Reduce heat to medium and simmer 2 minutes.
