  1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium high, stirring to break up lumps.
  2. Stir in green pepper, onion, zucchini and tomato. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Spoon mixture over muffin halves and serve open face.
