  1. Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in the oil until they are limp and beginning to brown.
  2. Remove from pan, set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef in same pan.
  4. Return veggies and add the tomato sauce and seasonings.
  5. Cook and stir for a few minutes to heat thoroughly.
  6. Serve over buns.
