  • 2 12 lbs beef chuck or 2 12 lbs rump roast
  • 0.5 (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 3 tablespoons Italian salad dressing mix (Wildtree Italian Salad Dressing Mix)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Rub the roast with the Italian Dressing mix, pour half of the juice from the jar of peppers into a slow cooker, add the roast and 4 or more pepperoncini peppers depending on how spicy you like it.
  2. Cook on low 6 hours.
  3. Then make sandwiches!
