Directions

  1. Cook hamburger and garlic in skillet until lightly browned. Remove excess fat.
  2. Stir in pepper and thyme.
  3. Peel and slice potatoes and onions.
  4. Place half the potatoes and onions into a buttered crock pot.
  5. Add hamburger mixture and top with the remaining potatoes and onions.
  6. Mix mushroom soup with water and spread over the top of the contents in the crock pot.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
