Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (2 1/2 lb) boneless round steak, cut into 6 serving-size pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans mushroom pieces (do not drain)
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 cup water

Directions

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper, layer it into the slow cooker.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
  3. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  4. Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes.
