- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
directions
- The evening before, place chicken in slow cooker.
- Mix together brown sugar, dry mustard, garlic, and salt & pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken and refrigerate over night.
- In the morning mix together the soy sauce and corn syrup and pour over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
