  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans of hunts manwich sloppy joe sandwich sauce
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 3 baking potatoes or 6 medium red potatoes, washed and cut in half and then sliced to about 1/2 inch thick
  • 14 cup baby carrots, chopped

  • Add 1 1/2 cans Sloppy Joe Mix and remaining ingredients. Cook on high 4 hours or until the chicken shreds. If you are home, turn the chicken and potatoes every hour or so if not, it is not necessary. If potatoes are not cooked you can take the chicken out and shred and continue to cook potatoes. Then return the chicken and extra sauce heat through. Serve on rolls or with crusty bread and a healthy salad.

  1. This was really bad. So bland we threw it all in the trash. If you decide to try this, do yourself a favor and add spices, maybe some garlic, maybe some onion, something!
